  • Cancel within 12 hours —25% cancellation fee
  • No-show or no notice —no Refund

Sprinter Vans & Stretch Limousines

  • Cancel 24 hours or more before pickup —no charge
  • Cancel within 24 hours —25% cancellation fee
  • No-show or no notice —no refund

Coach Buses (Group Bookings)

  • Cancel 7 days or more before pickup no charge
  • Cancel within 7 days —25% cancellation fee
  • No-show or no notice —no refund

 Refund Process

  • Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Online payments may include a small processing fee from the payment provider.
  • You will receive confirmation once the refund is complete.

 How to Cancel or Modify a Booking

To cancel or change a booking:

  • Full Name
  • Reason for cancellation or modification

Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling is free within the same cancellation timelines.
  • Requests outside these timelines follow the same fee as cancellations.
